1. Agreement and eligibility
These Terms govern your access to 20Flow. By creating an account, purchasing a subscription or using the service, you agree to these Terms. You must have authority to act for the business or organisation whose workspace or connected accounts you manage.
2. The service
20Flow provides software for social messaging automation, workflow management, CRM, inbox, analytics and related business functions. Certain features depend on third-party platforms such as Meta/Instagram and Stripe and can be affected by their permissions, policies, availability or API changes.
3. Accounts and connected services
You are responsible for account security, authorised users, automation content, connected accounts and compliance with the rules of any third-party service you connect. You may not connect an account you are not authorised to manage.
4. Subscriptions and billing
Paid plans are billed on the billing cycle shown before checkout. Prices, currency, included limits and material purchase terms are displayed before payment. Unless a plan or checkout states otherwise, subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled.
Payments are processed by Stripe. You authorise recurring charges for the selected subscription until cancellation takes effect. Taxes may apply where required.
5. Cancellation, refunds and plan changes
Cancellation and refund rules are described in our Refund & Cancellation Policy, which forms part of these Terms. Nothing in these Terms limits mandatory rights that cannot legally be excluded.
6. Acceptable use
You must comply with our Acceptable Use Policy. Prohibited use includes spam, harassment, deception, unauthorised account access, unlawful data collection, attempts to bypass platform controls, malware, abusive automation and illegal content.
7. Service changes and availability
We may change, add, remove or suspend features where reasonably necessary for security, maintenance, product development, legal compliance or third-party platform requirements. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation of third-party APIs.
8. Intellectual property
20Flow, its software, brand, visual identity and original product materials are owned by or licensed to 20Flow Digital Solutions. You retain rights in content you lawfully provide to the service, subject to the limited permissions necessary for us to operate the service for you.
9. Suspension and termination
We may restrict or suspend access where necessary to address security risks, non-payment, prohibited use, legal requirements or material violations of these Terms. We will act reasonably in light of the circumstances and mandatory consumer rights.
10. Liability and warranties
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 20Flow is provided on an “as available” basis. We are not responsible for outages or changes caused solely by third-party services outside our reasonable control. These limitations do not exclude liability that cannot legally be excluded.
11. Governing law and contact
These Terms are governed by applicable laws of the United Arab Emirates, subject to any mandatory consumer protections or jurisdictional rules that apply. Questions can be sent to support@20flow.app.
