1. Subscription cancellation
You may cancel a paid subscription through the billing management tools made available in 20Flow or by contacting support. Unless otherwise stated at checkout, cancellation stops future renewal and normally takes effect at the end of the already-paid billing period.
2. Refunds
Subscription charges are generally non-refundable once a billing period has started and access to the paid service has been made available, except where:
- a charge was duplicated or made in error;
- the law requires a refund or other remedy;
- we approve a refund after reviewing a documented service or billing issue.
Requests should be made promptly and include enough information for us to identify the account and charge.
3. Failed payments and past-due accounts
If a recurring payment fails, Stripe or 20Flow may retry the payment or request an updated payment method. Access to paid features may be restricted if an account remains unpaid, subject to reasonable notice and applicable law.
4. Plan upgrades and downgrades
Any price, effective date, proration or other charge associated with a plan change will be shown or communicated before the change is confirmed where applicable. The billing portal or checkout controls the exact payment treatment for the change.
5. How to request help
For a billing dispute, cancellation question or refund request, contact support@20flow.app. We aim to review billing issues fairly and promptly. This policy does not limit rights available under mandatory consumer-protection law.
