1. Lawful and authorised use
You may use 20Flow only for lawful business purposes and only with accounts, data and audiences you are authorised to manage or contact.
2. Prohibited messaging and automation
- Spam, harassment, threats or abusive messaging.
- Misleading, deceptive or impersonation-based workflows.
- Automations designed to bypass Meta/Instagram rules, messaging windows, rate limits or platform controls.
- Sending illegal, infringing, malicious or prohibited content.
3. Security abuse
You may not probe, attack, reverse engineer for abusive purposes, interfere with, overload or attempt unauthorised access to 20Flow, another workspace, our infrastructure or connected third-party systems.
4. Enforcement
We may restrict automations, connected integrations or accounts where reasonably necessary to stop abuse, protect users, comply with law or platform rules, or investigate a security risk.
